WEEK 6

First, I learned about the interface of the blueprint and the use of hinges (PhysicsConstraint). It seems that the movement of the long-striped species can be solved. However, this movement feels so loose and full of a sense of sagging. I have no idea how the specific operation will be carried out later.

Then I got to know the character’s blueprint and learned about the break mode.

In fact, this is just a simple understanding of the operation. But to truly understand its principle, I think one needs to have a certain amount of physical knowledge. Because whether it is animation or games, they all need to abide by the laws of physics, except for some stylized games. So, it is always necessary to understand and even predict in the digital world how to collide, how to operate, how to break, and so on, these fundamental laws.
